Senior Technical Consultant (Dynamics 365)

What you will do

• Design, configure, extend, and deliver Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions for customer service, sales, case management, workflow management, and custom business scenarios.
• Build and enhance Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages, and PCF controls.
• Implement Dataverse data models, business rules, security roles, environment strategies, and application lifecycle management processes.
• Collaborate with developers on plug-ins, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs, and other integrations.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders on requirements, solution design, demonstrations, proposals, and platform adoption.
• Support planning, estimation, sprint delivery, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and mentoring of consultants and developers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, security, environment management, and solution management.
• Experience designing or integrating Azure cloud services.
• Strong understanding of C#, .NET, Dataverse plug-in development, JavaScript form customisation, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Agile and sprint-based delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or intelligent automation experience.
• Power Pages design and governance or PCF experience.
• Power BI data modelling and dashboard experience.
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD experience for Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with regulated or public-sector delivery and Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, or Data Lake architectures.
