TL;DR
Senior / Lead IFS Finance Consultant (IGT1) (IFS Cloud/ERP): Leading end-to-end implementation and ongoing support of Finance modules in IFS Cloud with an accent on solution design, configuration, data migration, and financial reconciliation. Focus on facilitating Fit-to-Standard workshops, coordinating SIT/UAT and Go-Live activities, supporting integrations, and resolving complex post-implementation issues.
Location: Port City Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka. Hybrid work with occasional international travel, including assignments in Kenya and other designated locations for 2–4 weeks at a time.

What you will do
- Lead Finance Fit-to-Standard workshops and define solution designs for Cloud implementations.
- Configure General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets modules.
- Drive data migration, financial reconciliation, and integrations with banking, payroll, and external systems.
- Lead System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Go-Live cutover activities.
- Provide L2/L3 support and continuous improvement after Go-Live.
- Engage senior stakeholders and own the Finance workstream end-to-end.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of ERP Finance consulting experience.
- Proven delivery experience with Applications or Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and finance processes including P2P, O2C, and R2R.
- Experience with data migration, reconciliation, Go-Live support, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for 2–4 week assignments, including to Kenya and other designated locations.
