QA Engineer (Mobile)

Location: Remote

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Manually test new features across a range of iOS and Android devices.
• Run regular mobile regression testing before releases.
• Design and build automated synthetic tests for mobile voice calls and SMS workflows.
• Create test plans and strategies for new features and complex cross-team projects.
• Track quality data and bug trends to support product and engineering decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to maintain quality as release velocity increases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience testing mobile applications on iOS and/or Android.
• Experience owning test strategy for complex systems.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
• Practical fluency with AI tools for test design and automation.
• Comfort reporting on quality data and trends to support decisions.
