Lead QA Engineer (Mobile Automation)

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania; 3 days in the office and 2 days from home or another suitable location

Salary: €4,600–€7,000 gross per month, depending on experience

What you will do

• Own the automated testing approach across mobile and web platforms, including Appium-based mobile automation.
• Build, maintain, and improve automated end-to-end and regression test coverage.
• Improve QA processes, methodologies, tooling, testability, observability, and test infrastructure.
• Shorten feedback and release cycles by increasing automation and improving quality signals.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to integrate quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Provide technical mentorship to QA engineers and potentially take on people-management responsibilities over time.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in QA engineering and UI test automation.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining automated test suites.
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles, test strategy, QA processes, and CI/CD infrastructure.
• Experience improving automation coverage, testing processes, and development or release efficiency.
• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to QA engineers.
• Professional fluency in Lithuanian and strong spoken and written English.

• Experience testing mobile applications.
• Experience with AI-driven product features.
