Salesforce Consultant, Change Management (AI)

Location: Remote - United States

Annual salary range: $87,400–$266,300 USD, depending on state, role, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Develop change strategies for digital, organizational, and cloud technology transformations.
• Partner with customers to define user-adoption approaches and lead change initiatives across projects.
• Train customers on delivered Salesforce solutions and mentor internal teams on new Salesforce capabilities.
• Lead change assessments, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, communications, training, and sustainment.
• Conduct business interviews and client workshops while building relationships with customers, internal teams, and consulting partners.
• Support the growth of the change management practice through client development, infrastructure, and best-practice development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, business technology, or a functional domain.
• Experience successfully delivering change management work, including change impact analysis, role design, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, user adoption, measurement, and sustainment.
• Ability to work effectively in technical environments, especially Salesforce implementations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Experience with change management tools, templates, techniques, or frameworks.

Nice to have

• General management or software consulting experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Contact Centers, Field Service, Salesforce CPQ, or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite, Chatter, Quip, Smartsheet, Slack, and Salesforce organization and product capabilities.
