Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in a local European office for 3 days per week and from home for 2 days, or fully remote depending on location. Locations include London, Ghent, Madrid, Amersfoort, Berlin, and Milan.

What you will do

• Lead multiple complex implementation projects for SMB and mid-market clients, managing timelines, expectations, scope changes, and project execution.
• Deliver client and partner training and provide hands-on technical support during and after implementation.
• Configure the hirify.global platform and design customized solutions based on client requirements and integration capabilities.
• Diagnose and resolve technical implementation issues, escalating complex problems to Engineering and Product teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to share client feedback and improve implementation workflows.

Requirements

• Fluent English is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as Implementation Consultant, Onboarding Specialist, or Technical Account Manager, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience delivering technical solutions and managing projects for SMB, mid-market, or enterprise clients.
• Strong communication, presentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and token authentication.
• Familiarity with logging and error-monitoring tools such as Grafana and Sentry, plus experience investigating logs.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk.
• Additional language skills.
