Inventory / Workforce Management Lead / Deployment System Lead (AMIR)

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of inventory tracking, workforce management, and deployment routing systems supporting communication module lifecycle management.
• Co-lead technical requirements, solution design, testing strategies, and cutover plans with the System Integrator Lead.
• Coordinate AMIR and System Integrator vendors, project schedules, deliverables, software quality, and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end testing and production readiness activities.
• Develop backend logic, optimize front-end performance, and ensure reliable integrations across complex systems.
• Investigate escalated technical issues, design permanent solutions, and monitor application performance in production.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of related experience.
• Four-year degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading complex development features or technical workstreams and communicating technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of scalable application architectures, reusable components, testing, deployment, release practices, and software development lifecycles.
• Ability to evaluate tradeoffs among performance, security, usability, and maintainability and anticipate downstream impacts.
• Availability for a remote or hybrid arrangement associated with Monterey Park, California.

Nice to have

• Four years of experience leading complex software implementations involving cross-functional teams, external vendors, and downstream applications.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, cloud architecture, and cloud-based application operations.
• Experience with project risk and contract management.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and enterprise software development.
