Delivery Lead - Core Finance Solutions (SAP)

Location: United States; remote work. The role covers client engagements across North America and requires extensive travel across North America.

What you will do

• Engage clients before contract signature to shape scope, align stakeholders, and establish delivery foundations.
• Own large-scale lending transformation programmes from early scoping through go-live.
• Build trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders and act as the primary engagement owner.
• Develop client-specific solutions and translate business objectives into delivery roadmaps.
• Lead high-performing delivery teams and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Manage delivery risks and collaborate with product, architecture, and sales teams to ensure technically sound and commercially viable solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale lending technology programmes in North America, with strong depth in core finance software.
• End-to-end programme management experience with accountability for quality, scope, budget, and go-live.
• Experience building and leading delivery teams in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Ability to engage and align C-level stakeholders through strategic advisory and hands-on delivery ownership.
• Understanding of lending architecture, system integration, and cloud-based platform design.
• Experience with core banking or lending platforms, excellent communication and leadership skills, and willingness to travel extensively across North America.
