Integration Lead, Bioassay COE

Location: Norwood, Massachusetts, United States; 70% in-office and 30% flexible work model. Only U.S. persons are eligible because the role involves access to export-controlled technology and data.

Salary: $145,900–$234,200 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus, incentive compensation, or equity award.

What you will do

• Administer, configure, and maintain LIMS, Scitara DLX, LabX, Hamilton, Chromeleon, and LES systems.
• Design, build, and deploy Scitara DLX integration workflows connecting analytical instruments, middleware, and LIMS.
• Develop pipeline configurations, function transforms, JavaScript scripts, error handling, and data integrity checks for automated data transformation and reporting.
• Investigate interface and workflow issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support system uptime, incident resolution, upgrades, and regression testing.
• Assess, test, and qualify new instrument integrations within existing Scitara and LIMS architecture.
• Collaborate with laboratory users and IT to translate workflow requirements into validated solutions, provide technical support and training, and maintain documentation and version control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, or a related discipline.
• More than 10 years of experience implementing, integrating, and maintaining laboratory informatics systems in GxP-regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with Scitara DLX, LIMS, Hamilton, SoftMax, LabX, Chromeleon CDS, and system-to-system LIMS integrations.
• Strong coding and scripting experience with JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, and SQL.
• Experience designing, validating, and deploying digital laboratory solutions that improve automation, data integrity, and process efficiency.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person under U.S. export control laws; visa sponsorship for non-U.S. persons is not available.
