Technical Engagement Lead (Supply Chain Analytics)

Location: Remote, primarily within the US; 10–15% travel required for on-site project work, including implementation kickoffs, UAT sessions, and executive workshops.

Annual compensation: $150,000–$205,000 in on-target earnings, including 30% variable compensation. Equity opportunity available.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise supply chain analytics and optimization programs from kickoff through go-live and adoption.
• Establish engagement governance, steering committees, program cadences, success metrics, and value realization processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures using hirify.global’s platform, including hands-on configuration and solution design.
• Lead modeling, data integration, debugging, troubleshooting, and configuration across technical and functional teams.
• Coordinate engineering, data science, IT, customer, and offshore delivery stakeholders across geographies and time zones.
• Run UAT, change management, customer enablement, and feedback processes that support adoption and product roadmap improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise SaaS, or supply chain analytics delivery, ideally owning statements of work end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience configuring, modeling, debugging, and troubleshooting technical solutions.
• Deep understanding of supply chain analytics use cases, including optimization, prediction, and simulation.
• Experience leading global project teams and enterprise-scale programs, with strong program management and executive communication skills.
• Proven experience running UAT and change management that drives adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
