Scrum Master / Project Manager (Salesforce)

Location: Oxford, United Kingdom; hybrid work with onsite attendance required every Wednesday

What you will do

• Lead Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage projects from planning through delivery, tracking timelines, scope, objectives, risks, dependencies, and actions.
• Work with Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
• Remove delivery blockers and help teams adopt and improve Agile ways of working.
• Support communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply Salesforce knowledge to understand the platform, delivery requirements, and project context.

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in a similar Agile delivery role.
• Practical experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
• Experience managing projects from planning through delivery.
• Previous Salesforce experience is essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Oxford every Wednesday.
