Product Designer (SaaS)

Location: Remote from Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico. Must be available to work U.S. Business Hours.

What you will do

• Conduct end-to-end UX research, including user interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.
• Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity responsive interfaces for web and mobile.
• Build and evolve scalable design systems, creating reusable UI components and documentation.
• Ensure all digital experiences align with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Iterate on designs using A/B testing and product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure seamless developer handoff.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico.
• Availability to work during U.S. Business Hours.
• 2+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, responsive design, and high-quality UI execution.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and usability testing.

Nice to have

• Experience designing SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or consumer applications.
• Experience maintaining large-scale design systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with product analytics platforms like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
