Salary: $122,250–$176,583.33 per year.

What you will do
- Deliver branded and unbranded education on diseases, inheritance, and products to patients and families across the rare disease portfolio.
- Assess individual educational needs and create personalized action plans addressing patient barriers and concerns.
- Facilitate individual, family, group, patient-organization, and community education programs at regional and national levels.
- Provide disease and product in-services for healthcare professionals in home and outpatient infusion settings.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Marketing, Case Management, and Strategic Account Management partners on patient support and account strategies.
- Use patient insights and data to prioritize initiatives, meet KPIs, maintain CRM records, and improve compliant patient-support processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or life sciences, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of clinical experience in a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, mediation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working successfully in a complex matrix environment.
- Strong flexibility, persistence, creativity, empathy, trust, business acumen, and strategic-thinking skills.
- Ability to travel extensively, 50%–75%; US and Puerto Rico residency required.
Nice to have
- Genetic counseling certification or nursing registration.
- Master of Science or another advanced medical or scientific degree.
- Biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Experience in genetics, neurology/neuromuscular, renal, or hematology/oncology specialties.
- Spanish language skills.
