Regional Director, US Field Medical - West

Location: Fully remote; the role can be performed from anywhere. Occasional team travel and travel of up to 80% are expected.

Salary: $204,000–$278,000 annual

What you will do

• Directly manage Medical Science Liaison team members supporting field medical strategies and initiatives.
• Help design, develop, and implement medical strategy for the field medical organization.
• Contribute to broader strategic medical priorities across the company.
• Lead field medical work across Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, PH-ILD, Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, and Progressive Pulmonary Fibrosis.
• Collaborate with peer Regional Directors to share insights, learnings, and best practices.
• Travel frequently, including for team meetings and events.

Requirements

• Advanced degree such as PharmD, MD, DO, PhD, PA, or NP.
• At least 5 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic experience.
• Ability to manage Medical Science Liaison personnel and support field medical strategy execution.
• Fully remote work is available from anywhere, with travel of up to 80%.
