Vice President, Vertical Marketing & Demand (AI)

What you will do

• Define and lead marketing strategy across hirify.global’s vertical markets.
• Own demand creation, capture, and conversion, with accountability for pipeline, bookings, and market adoption.
• Identify and scale growth opportunities across search, performance marketing, events, partnerships, customer advocacy, AI-powered discovery, and emerging acquisition channels.
• Establish experimentation, measurement, forecasting, and investment frameworks to improve marketing efficiency.
• Drive AI-powered planning, personalization, content creation, audience targeting, campaign optimization, analytics, and agentic workflows.
• Lead, coach, and develop Vertical Marketing Directors while partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Revenue Operations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience.
• Proven success leading demand generation, growth marketing, or go-to-market organizations.
• Experience building scalable demand engines tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Deep expertise in search, performance marketing, account-based marketing, digital acquisition, and growth strategy.
• Strong analytical, financial, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading organizational transformation and applying AI to improve business performance and customer outcomes.
