Senior Customer Engineer (Saudi Arabia)

Location: Hybrid, available location Dubai, UAE; regional focus Saudi Arabia. Travel may be required up to 20–50% for customer meetings, conferences, industry events, and in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, validation, demonstrations, architectural design, and Proof of Concept planning with enterprise customers and Account Executives.
• Map customer infrastructure across DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, network security, and Workers to appropriate hirify.global architectures and deployment strategies.
• Guide technical onboarding, migrations, implementation planning, configuration best practices, and customer adoption without executing the implementation directly.
• Own technical customer health, risk management, value realization, renewals, and expansion opportunities in a quota-carrying role.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customer engineering teams and C-level stakeholders, translating platform capabilities into business outcomes.
• Use AI agents, LLMs, scripting, and internal platforms to automate RFP responses, sandbox provisioning, telemetry monitoring, and documentation.

Requirements

• English and Arabic fluency required, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Professional Services, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Ability to design and clearly explain complex enterprise network and security architectures to engineers and C-level executives.
• Experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments, enterprise sales cycles, SaaS metrics, and business-value translation.
• Depth in at least four relevant areas, including Internet fundamentals, security, performance, AI, coding and scripting, or developer platforms.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience creating technical enablement materials, workshops, code samples, documentation, or developer onboarding.
• Knowledge of LLM orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and model-access controls.
• Understanding of PCI DSS, HIPAA, or SOC 2 regulatory requirements.
• Background in hyperscalers, digital-native companies, distributed systems, or startups.
