Process Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Hudson, MA, United States; travel required up to 10% of the time; relocation eligible.

Salary: $108,000–$148,500 per year, with potential bonus and stock award compensation.

What you will do

• Design, execute, analyze, and document complex process engineering experiments.
• Perform hardware characterization on complex manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot engineering issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement resolutions.
• Measure film properties, interpret data, and prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Engage with customers, vendors, and suppliers to resolve process concerns and select solutions.
• Implement new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation while supporting project teams and junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–7 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
• Ability to work at the Hudson, MA location and travel up to 10% of the time.
