Facilities Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Plan and schedule daily activities for facilities maintenance technicians and supervise execution across office and production facilities.
• Train and mentor skilled technical staff while serving as shift lead for escalations and on-shift incidents.
• Develop and report team KPIs and improve maintenance operations through root cause analysis.
• Develop, review, implement, and continuously improve maintenance procedures and processes.
• Manage basic projects and oversee contractors and third-party work.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams on facility projects, team growth, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent related work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred, including proven team leadership capability.
• At least two years of experience supporting facilities maintenance and operations or production organizations.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures and performance issues and conduct high-level root cause analysis.
• Hands-on, self-motivated approach with willingness to contribute at all levels.
