Branch Manager (Banking)

What you will do

• Manage planning and execution across branch operations, performance, revenue, and customer loyalty.
• Lead consultative sales, consumer and business household growth, and community-based business development.
• Coach employees to deliver technology-enabled, omnichannel customer experiences and effective problem resolution.
• Attract, onboard, retain, coach, and develop branch team members while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and client counseling.
• Strong delegation, communication, decision-making, prioritization, and people-management skills.
• Foundational understanding of balance sheets and income statements.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state and pass required background checks.
