Front of House Manager

Location: Avon, Ohio, United States. This is a full-time, on-site role in a guest-facing venue requiring evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak periods and special events.

What you will do

• Lead front-of-house service and maintain guest satisfaction, safety, and operating standards.
• Supervise, coach, onboard, and develop team members while supporting hiring and scheduling.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, assigned shifts, staffing, delegation, and follow-up.
• Use business metrics and guest feedback to improve performance, revenue, and profitability.
• Support ordering, inventory management, facilities needs, and compliance with health and operational standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of restaurant, hotel, entertainment venue management, or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for the work location.
• Must be at least 21 years old where required by state or local law.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment authorization is verified through E-Verify.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, remain active for extended periods, and work in varying outdoor weather conditions.
