Front Line Manager (Service Operations)

Location: Virginia Beach, Virginia, United States; onsite at 3801 Bonney Road. Requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, varied schedules, indoor and outdoor environments, and occasional travel.

Salary: $54,500–$95,500 annually, with possible bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Complete a structured six-week management development program for Service Operations.
• Learn and support end-to-end production processes, including inventory management and cosmetic and mechanical repair.
• Execute store procedures and operational processes while maintaining efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and achieve production goals.
• Prepare to lead associates and transition into a Flow Mechanical, Flow Cosmetic, Flow Supply, Inventory, or Service Manager role.
• Manage departmental environmental, health, and safety activities, including inspections, hazardous waste disposal, workplace safety, and PPE.

Requirements

• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Strong data interpretation and record-accuracy skills for process compliance.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with associates and customers.
• Proficiency with common and proprietary software systems.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work varied schedules and in changing weather conditions.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of management experience.
