Production Manager

Location: Locust Grove, Georgia, United States; onsite at 1025 Logistics Drive. The role requires flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, plus occasional travel.

Annual salary: $68,300–$119,600, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead associates to achieve production targets and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Coach and provide feedback to support associate development and performance.
• Participate in hiring and training to build a high-performing team.
• Monitor performance measures and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve customer concerns and support a positive customer experience.
• Manage the department’s environmental, health, and safety program, including inspections, hazardous waste disposal, workplace safety, and PPE.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of management experience in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Ability to lead teams, achieve production goals, and maintain operational standards.
• Ability to interpret and maintain accurate data records.
• Strong multitasking, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with common and proprietary software systems.
• Ability to work onsite in indoor and outdoor environments, including noisy or inclement conditions, with flexible scheduling.
