What you will do

  • Coordinate production schedules and monitor production orders to support timely delivery of finished products.
  • Plan and purchase raw materials, packaging, components, services, and other supplies required for uninterrupted production.
  • Analyze demand, forecasts, production specifications, inventory, capacity, and supply projections to improve production plans.
  • Identify capacity constraints, material delays, inventory shortages, new product launch risks, and other operational issues; lead escalations through resolution.
  • Maintain planning-system master data, production-planning parameters, reports, KPIs, and visibility into work-in-progress priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional communication, support scenario planning and Lean/Six Sigma improvements, and coach junior colleagues when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or a related field.
  • Fluent bilingual English and Spanish proficiency required, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with complex planning tools and ERP systems; SAP knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, accuracy, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Planning experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Experience with capacity planning and finished-goods or raw-material purchasing and planning.
  • Green Belt Six Sigma certification.
