Website Experience Sr. Director (AI): Leading the evolution of Wellhub’s website toward an Agentic Website Experience and Operations model with an accent on AI-powered content assembly, personalization, experimentation, and web analytics. Focus on designing human-in-the-loop guardrails, scaling AI-assisted design-to-code workflows, and optimizing website conversion, discovery, and performance across Brazil and the US.
Location: Brazil or the US; remote and hybrid options available

What you will do
- Lead the vision, roadmap, and strategy for the website’s evolution toward an Agentic Website Experience and Operations model.
- Own conversion rate optimization, including experimentation strategy, A/B test prioritization, qualitative research, behavioral surveys, and optimization decisions.
- Lead website performance measurement and automated reporting across traffic, MQLs, sign-ups, conversions, heat maps, Amplitude, and Looker.
- Manage the website design and UX function, including the Mantra design system and the Figma-to-Mantra-to-Strapi design-to-code model.
- Evaluate and scale agentic AI, AI orchestration, personalization, predictive experimentation, and website technology platforms.
- Architect content and information architecture for SEO, GEO/AEO, Web MCP, AI discovery, and conversational website experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning websites and running experimentation programs in a digital or website leadership role.
- Deep expertise in web analytics platforms, headless CMSs, web design systems, and end-to-end web technology management.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with agentic AI and experimentation in B2B website management.
- Experience applying AI or agentic technology to marketing or web workflows, including AI-assisted design-to-code workflows in production.
- Experience leading design or research functions and managing senior design contributors or design system owners.
- Strong analytical, cross-functional, and stakeholder-management skills in fast-paced, global environments.
