What you will do

• Provide administrative support for residential title processes.
• Create and maintain files, records, and reports while monitoring workflow.
• Gather information, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues throughout the title process.
• Prepare documentation and reports and validate data accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with internal teams, external clients, and field offices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in the title industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, customer-service orientation, sound judgment, and a professional service attitude.
• Working knowledge of company or client operating systems.
