Customer Support Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in Kelowna, BC; Ottawa, ON; or Calgary, AB, Canada

Salary: $44,000–$50,000 CAD per year, plus a support incentive of up to $6,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Provide friendly, clear, and effective support through chat, email, and phone.
• Understand user needs and resolve issues with empathy, accuracy, and timely communication.
• Learn product updates, process changes, and evolving customer expectations.
• Use Zendesk and other internal tools to improve support efficiency.
• Share recurring issues and user feedback with cross-functional teams to improve the platform.
• Contribute to service excellence and broader support-team initiatives.
