Fleet Manager (Healthcare Logistics)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; travel to other sites up to 15%–25%.

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day customer-facing transportation, delivery, distribution, and logistics operations across a US region.
• Directly manage the regional private fleet and teams of up to 30 employees to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Develop strategic plans, operating budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and improvement programs for supply chain operations.
• Coordinate with customers, distribution, supply chain, sales, marketing, field service, accounting, and external vendors to resolve operational and billing issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations, including EH&S, OSHA, FDA, EPA, and DOT requirements.
• Lead talent management, recruiting, staffing, performance objectives, escalated HR matters, workers’ compensation, and legal issues.

Requirements

• Must work in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area and travel to other sites 15%–25%.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of management or leadership experience in customer-facing transportation and delivery operations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, planning, communication, customer service, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
• Strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, results orientation, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, DOT onboard computers, and warehouse management systems.
