What you will do

• Lead execution of client workplans and manage complex programs independently.
• Build strategic relationships with client leaders and align supply chain solutions with organizational priorities.
• Analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations using analytical storytelling.
• Oversee contract performance across multiple categories to improve utilization and value realization.
• Lead strategic initiatives, facilitate executive discussions, and advise stakeholders across functions.
• Mentor peers and support standardization, continuous improvement, and innovative problem-solving.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, category management, or healthcare supply chain.
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights to senior executives.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and performance optimization.
• Leadership, facilitation, influencing, and organizational change experience.
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce and analytics platform experience is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, mentor team members, and travel as required.
