Supervisor Supply Chain Logistics (Healthcare)

Location: York, Pennsylvania, United States; directly onsite at a third-party logistics warehouse

Salary: $72,000–$91,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day onsite operations with the 3PL warehouse and oversee service levels, process execution, and escalations.
• Develop and execute daily 3PL management processes supporting supply chain fulfillment and business objectives.
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, audits, and discrepancy reduction.
• Monitor KPIs and use data analytics to identify service, workflow, and cost-improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with order management, sales and marketing, product management, manufacturing, suppliers, distribution centers, transportation, and planning teams.
• Lead recurring business reviews and implement continuous improvement strategies with the 3PL.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, or a similar field.
• 5–7 years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory, transportation, KPIs, and service levels.
• Data analysis, project management, problem-solving, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead teams, drive results, challenge the status quo, and improve operations and processes.
