Logistics Manager (Waste Management)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA; onsite transportation and driver-management role

Salary: $62,100–$82,700 USD per annum

What you will do

• Manage bulk, roll-off, and non-bulk transportation activities and coordinate driver functions.
• Lead drivers, set performance expectations, and support fleet growth and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment meets DOT and CSA requirements and preventative-maintenance obligations.
• Analyze driver and equipment utilization, fuel consumption, and performance data to identify cost reductions and program improvements.
• Manage driver paperwork, prioritize loads and boxes, schedule deliveries, and monitor Samsara data.
• Promote safety through audits, monthly driver meetings, individual staff meetings, and ongoing feedback.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of transportation management experience.
• Experience managing drivers.
• Knowledge of hazardous, non-hazardous, and universal waste.
• Understanding of CSA scores and DOT requirements.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, time-management, and Microsoft Office skills.
