Executive Culinary Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Oxon Hill, Maryland, United States; onsite venue role with evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak periods and events

Salary: $64,500–$76,300–$88,100 annually

What you will do

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the culinary team while maintaining accountability for standards and execution.
• Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, equipment operation, food costs, labor costs, safety, and sanitation.
• Select, develop, and standardize recipes and presentation techniques to deliver consistent dining quality.
• Plan and cost menus for special events and chef-choice occasions.
• Partner with venue leadership, Home Office, and vendors to address performance opportunities and improve operations.
• Maintain culinary performance during high-volume service, special events, and peak seasons.

Requirements

• 3+ years of culinary management or supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or entertainment environment.
• Experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen and events-driven environment.
• Culinary degree, professional culinary certification, or equivalent training and experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old as required by state or local law.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 75 pounds with assistance, and operate in hot, cold, noisy, and fast-paced environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; hirify.global participates in E-Verify.
