Production Manager (Automotive Retail)

Location: Carrollton, Georgia, United States; onsite at 115 Battey Street

Annual salary: $68,300–$119,600, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead associates in achieving production targets and maintaining accurate inventory.
• Coach and develop associates through formal and informal performance observations.
• Participate in hiring and training to build a strong operational team.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve customer concerns and support a positive associate and customer experience.
• Manage environmental, health, and safety activities, including inspections, hazardous waste disposal, workplace safety, and PPE.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Ability to lead teams, achieve production goals, and maintain operational standards.
• Experience reading, interpreting, and maintaining accurate data records.
• Strong multitasking, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with common and proprietary software systems.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including noisy or inclement conditions, with flexible scheduling covering nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel.
