Logistics Supervisor

Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

Salary: CAD 85,000–90,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise daily logistics operations for material handlers and logistics technicians.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute the movement of goods, products, and services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
• Analyze logistics processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain disruptions and other logistics-related risks.
• Communicate logistics plans and updates across operations, supply chain, procurement, and management.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of logistics or warehouse experience.
• Experience supervising teams or leading shifts is preferred.
• Degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with transportation management systems and warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The position may involve exposure to export-controlled information and additional security screening.
