Manager, Inventory Control

Location: On-site at the headquarters in Mont-Royal, Canada, with regular travel across the fulfillment center network.

What you will do

• Own inventory control policies, procedures, standards, and cycle-counting strategy across the fulfillment center network.
• Ensure inventory accuracy across pick bins, reserve storage, returns areas, and all fulfillment center locations.
• Govern SKU tracking, audits, adjustments, stock movement controls, and replenishment triggers in the WMS.
• Lead year-end physical inventory, SKU rationalization, and the SKU lifecycle from launch through discontinuation.
• Resolve discrepancies and fulfillment risks while improving allocation, replenishment, slotting, shrinkage, damage, and stockout performance.
• Set performance metrics, improve reporting accuracy, and build training and onboarding standards for inventory control teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• 2+ years leading a team or program across multiple fulfillment sites.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, reconciliation, root cause analysis, and physical inventory.
• Hands-on experience with a warehouse management or inventory control system.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action.
• Experience using AI and AI-enabled tools to improve inventory accuracy and planning outcomes.
