Logistics Supervisor

Salary: CAD 85,000–90,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the daily operations of material handlers and logistics technicians.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute the movement of goods, products, and services.
• Develop performance metrics and use data to guide operational decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
• Analyze logistics processes, implement improvements, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain disruptions and other logistics-related risks while communicating plans and updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of logistics or warehouse experience.
• Experience supervising teams or leading shifts is preferred.
• Degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with transportation management systems and warehouse management systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
