Manager, Production (Nights)

Location: Onsite at 360 Shipwill St, Maple, Ontario, Canada; night shift.

Salary: CAD 74,400–97,650 per year, based on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Plan and schedule daily production across receiving, order-filling, and shipping.
• Optimize product flow, productivity, throughput, service, delivery, and fulfillment accuracy.
• Establish area-specific SOPs and ensure employees are trained in their execution.
• Set departmental objectives and provide direction, support, and coaching to Team Leaders.
• Monitor productivity reports and KPIs, creating action plans for performance issues.
• Review staffing, budgets, resource allocation, and operational processes to identify efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must work onsite at the Maple, Ontario distribution center.
• Ability to work night-shift production operations.
• Experience or capability in coordinating distribution-center processes, team performance, and operational planning.
