What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate all phases of plant operations across production and warehouse activities.
• Implement operational strategies covering safety, productivity, quality, customer service, staffing, cost, and profitability.
• Monitor site performance metrics, including machine and labor efficiency, and guide departmental leaders toward scorecard objectives.
• Manage capacity planning and collaborate with other sites to optimize scheduling and on-time delivery.
• Support equipment feasibility studies, recommend investments, and implement capital expenditure projects.
• Lead continuous improvement, financial planning, workforce development, employee relations, and performance management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing facility operations, safety regulations, physical infrastructure, and production equipment.
• Understanding of manufacturing technologies and process optimization methods.
• Ability to work primarily in a production or warehouse setting, with frequent walking and standing.
• Occasional travel and lifting of up to 25 pounds are required.
