What you will do

  • Manage and optimize plant operations across planning, assembly, testing, painting, and fabrication.
  • Coordinate production schedules, labor deployment, workflow sequences, and material availability with the Production Supervisor.
  • Develop and oversee the annual operations budget, including throughput, shipping, staffing, capital investments, and operating expenses.
  • Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives covering productivity, plant layout, material flow, and equipment utilization.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, engineering, Safety, and Quality teams to align production with customer demand and compliance requirements.
  • Analyze production performance, implement corrective action plans, and maintain plant infrastructure, security, quality, and safety standards.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience managing manufacturing operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
  • Leadership experience with complex production workflows and diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and operational planning skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, sustainable manufacturing, OSHA compliance, and a safety-first culture.
  • Ability to work onsite at the Houston, Texas facility.
