Medicare Field Agent- Northampton

Location: Bethlehem, PA; must reside in the designated local territory. The role is remote with recurring field work, including in-home visits, community events, and local travel.

Salary: $31,800–$123,800 per year, including base pay and targeted commission.

What you will do

• Educate individuals about hirify.global Medicare Advantage plans and Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with prospective members in the local community.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings through in-home visits, community events, grassroots marketing, and retail or organizational engagements.
• Generate sales independently, meet performance goals, and expand hirify.global’s presence in the market.
• Attend member appointments and events that may take place during evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Active health insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• Residence in the designated local territory is required.
• Comfort with daily face-to-face interactions in homes, at events, and in community settings.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits or applicable state requirements.
• Ability to complete mandatory attendance and training during the first five weeks of employment.
• Dedicated home workspace and internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license.
• Experience selling Medicare products or supporting Value Based Care organizations.
• Public speaking or presentation experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Bilingual fluency in English and another language.
