Licensed Healthcare Sales Agent (Medicare)

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective Dual Special Needs Plan Medicare members.
• Explain Medicare, Medicaid, DSNP benefits, and eligibility in clear, accessible language.
• Guide prospects through the enrollment process with accuracy and care.
• Meet sales, conversion, call-quality, and schedule-adherence targets.
• Maintain communication with the supervisor and team and attend seasonal meetings and training.

Requirements

• Active Health or Health & Life license required.
• Minimum one year of Medicare experience required.
• Strong communication skills and a service-first approach.
• Comfort working across multiple software systems, with basic computer and technical knowledge.
• Availability for a production schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP.
• Home office setup meeting remote-work requirements and successful completion of a background check.

Nice to have

• Telesales or contact center experience.
• Familiarity with Medicare DSNP.

Hiring process

• Training runs Monday through Friday before the assigned production schedule begins.
• The seasonal assignment runs through AEP/OEP, with production schedules starting October 1.
