Medicare Field Agent- Monroe & Pike

Location: Stroudsburg, PA; must reside in the designated local territory. This is a remote position with field-based duties, including in-home visits, community events, and local appointments. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required for training or meetings.

Salary: $31,800–$123,800 per year, including base pay and targeted commission.

What you will do

• Educate individuals about hirify.global Medicare Advantage plans and Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
• Build trust through face-to-face appointments, in-home visits, community events, and grassroots marketing.
• Generate sales independently, achieve performance goals, and expand local market presence.
• Develop relationships with prospective members and become a trusted community resource.
• Attend member appointments and events, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Active health insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• Must reside in the designated local territory.
• Comfort with daily face-to-face interactions in homes, community settings, retail environments, organizations, and local events.
• Valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits or applicable state requirements.
• Five weeks of mandatory training attendance.
• Ability to work from a dedicated space with internet service providing at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload when working remotely.

Nice to have

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license.
• Experience selling Medicare products or supporting Value Based Care organizations.
• Public speaking or group presentation experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Associate or bachelor's degree.
• Bilingual English and another language, with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing.
