Multimedia Video Producer

Location: Miami, FL, United States. Must be willing to work in the US and currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What you will do

• Manage multimedia projects from concept and pre-production through production, post-production, and final delivery.
• Produce and edit video, audio, graphics, scripts, and other multimedia assets for digital, broadcast, social, commercial, and editorial content.
• Coordinate studio, field, and on-location productions, including video, audio, and lighting equipment setup and operation.
• Support livestreams, virtual production environments, daily programming, and live events.
• Develop and pitch creative concepts aligned with programming, entertainment, promotional, and digital strategies.
• Publish content across websites, social media, and other digital channels while maintaining technical and creative quality standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in multimedia production, including video, graphics, and/or audio.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition.
• Experience with livestreaming, virtual production, field production, lighting, video and audio recording, and production equipment.
• Experience with PC and Mac environments and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, is required.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with web design or motion graphics tools.
• Experience supporting media and technical operations for live events.
• Familiarity with Monday.com, StreamYard, Grabyo, or similar production and collaboration platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
