Senior Shooting Editor / Video

Location: Remote within the EU; candidates must be authorised to work in Germany. The role works with the London team.

What you will do

• Create attention-grabbing social video content designed to drive views, saves, shares, and other engagement metrics.
• Shoot, edit, and assemble raw footage into polished videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Oversee live event content capture and guide campaigns from concept through capture, posting, and optimization.
• Contribute to creative brainstorms, kickoffs, content-capture ideas, and visual strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and creative leads on rapid requests and tight timelines.
• Mentor creators, creator residents, art directors, and copywriters on ideation, execution, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional creative experience across social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive, or related media.
• Proven experience as a video shooter/editor, preferably in advertising or digital media.
• Strong knowledge of video production, including lighting, framing, and audio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Ability to create content from start to finish, including video and motion design.
• Self-directed, accountable, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively across functions.
