Senior Video Production Specialist

What you will do

• Edit and assemble raw footage, motion graphics, and animated text into polished video content for social media ads, websites, training materials, and executive communications.
• Create paid and organic social content, brand awareness videos, and testimonial-driven stories for marketing campaigns.
• Enhance videos with motion graphics, color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, growth marketing, communications, and internal and external stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and storytelling alignment.
• Organize video assets, project files, and media libraries while managing version control and multiple concurrent projects.
• Track timelines, communicate status and risks, incorporate feedback, and deliver work that meets quality and output expectations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong creative judgment and experience with storytelling, pacing, timing, visual treatment, motion design, sound, and editing techniques.
• Experience creating paid and organic social media assets and other marketing video content.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
• Portfolio must be submitted with the initial application.

Nice to have

• Understanding of content strategy and digital marketing trends.
• Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools.
• Experience with AI tools and workflows.
