Seasonal Bilingual Video Editor (Social Video)

Location: United States; onsite presence at an hirify.global office or stadium is required. Remote and hybrid options are not offered.

hirify.global is a professional football organization creating content for its global audience, social channels, campaigns, and events.

What you will do

• Pitch and create video optimized for social platforms and hirify.global-owned channels.
• Produce content supporting players, original series, marketing campaigns, and other creative initiatives.
• Organize, sequence, and trim footage while maintaining strong storytelling and technical quality.
• Explore emerging trends, tools, and innovative ways to tell stories across social media.
• Manage critical deadlines and short turnarounds in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Stay current with video editing standards, best practices, encoding, and delivery formats.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• 2–4 years of editing experience for social and digital platforms; sports editing experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
• Strong audio and music editing skills, plus working knowledge of video and audio encoding standards and formats.
• Thorough knowledge of the National Football League, its events, and storylines.
• Strong attention to detail, resourcefulness, organization, problem-solving, and the ability to work nights and weekends during the hirify.global season.

Nice to have

• Working proficiency in Portuguese.
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing.
• Bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, or a related field.
