Remote Sales Representative (Insurance)

Location: Remote within the United States. Full-time hourly employees must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.

Hourly pay: $19.00–$21.00, plus uncapped commissions and potential equity.

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
• Provide empathetic, consultative customer experiences and explain policy details clearly.
• Identify potential savings and coverage gaps based on each customer’s needs.
• Build tailored policy packages across more than 55 carrier partners and finalize coverage.
• Address customer concerns and hesitation throughout the purchasing process.
• Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and service.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch customer service.
• Strong empathy, active listening, customer advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining service quality and attention to detail.
• Current residence in one of the eligible U.S. states is required for full-time hourly employment.
• Ability to obtain a property and casualty insurance license within approximately 2 weeks after starting.
