Remote Sales Agent (Insurance)

Location: Remote for full-time hourly employees currently residing in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.

Salary: $19–$21 per hour plus uncapped commissions and potential equity.

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
• Provide empathetic, consultative customer support and explain policy details clearly.
• Identify potential savings and coverage gaps based on each customer's needs.
• Build tailored policy packages across more than 55 carrier partners and bind coverage.
• Address customer concerns and hesitation throughout the purchasing process.
• Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or a high-touch service environment.
• Strong empathy, active listening, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Current residence in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia is required for full-time hourly employment.
• Ability to obtain a property and casualty insurance license within two weeks of starting.
