Senior Automotive Service Advisor (Automotive)

Salary: USD 70,000–100,000 annually

What you will do

• Welcome guests and guide them through the vehicle repair process.
• Present clear repair recommendations, sell required services with integrity, and maintain accurate repair orders.
• Coordinate workflow, technician productivity, parts, repairs, and guest transportation.
• Monitor car count, ARO, gross profit margins, Sales Success, and NPS performance.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, reinforce front-counter processes, and recommend improvements.
• Support training and mentoring for junior advisors and support staff.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive customer service, service sales, or a Service Writer/Advisor position.
• Experience sourcing parts, building repair tickets, presenting repairs, and maintaining strong gross profit margins.
• Ability to achieve high ARO performance in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive applications such as TekMetric and Parts-Tech.
• Acceptable driving record and ability to occasionally shuttle guests in a company vehicle.
• Availability Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; the role requires standing and walking most of the day and occasionally lifting over 50 pounds.
