Auto Care Center Coach (Automotive)

Location: Onsite at 500 Terry Rich Blvd, Saint Clair, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $65,000–$100,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional or structural pay differentials.

What you will do

• Drive sales, profit, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, inventory levels, and merchandise presentation in the Auto Care Center.
• Provide customer service, support purchasing decisions, resolve issues, process service orders, and explain automotive products and services.
• Coordinate customer vehicle staging, service workflows, technician training, and certification on service-related procedures.
• Maintain merchandise displays, equipment, supplies, automotive sales areas, and environmental disposal compliance for batteries, tires, and oil.
• Supervise, hire, train, mentor, assign, and recognize associates while building accountability and a culture of belonging.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, ethics requirements, and applicable OSHA procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in automotive service or a service-industry field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Successful completion of required job training and assessments.
• Firearms-specific background checks and training, or a state Certificate of Eligibility, may be required at facilities selling firearms or ammunition.

Nice to have

• ASE certification.
• Automotive certification from an automotive technical institute.
• Additional automotive service or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
