Front End Supervisor Full Time (Retail)

Location: Henrietta, NY #0168, United States; on-site club position

Salary: $21.00–$26.25

What you will do

• Lead Front End Leads, cashiers, membership services staff, and Membership Sales Ambassadors.
• Drive member experience, frontline service, membership performance, retention, and club promotions.
• Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and manage the performance of frontline and membership teams.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, policies, procedures, certifications, and corporate programs are executed to standard.
• Use reporting tools to monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and improve department and club performance.
• Resolve member concerns, oversee Front Door recovery follow-up, and maintain operational compliance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership ability, including supervising teams, training employees, and communicating results.
• Two years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email required.
• High school diploma, college degree, retail, grocery, wholesale, or leadership experience preferred.
• Open shift availability, regular predictable full attendance, and age 18 or older required.
• Ability to move frequently on hard surfaces, lift up to 30 pounds regularly, and work around temperature extremes, noise, and cleaning agents.
